My contribution to the work force has mainly been in the Hospitality, Private service industry, for the last 20 years.   I owned a business, "Inn Touch InnSitting Service", during the years of 1996-2001, managing Bed & Breakfasts, Small Inns & Boutique Hotels throughout Texas. This was designed to offer B&B owners an opportunity to "escape" for a much needed vacation, while eaving their property in my trust and care.  These were testaments to my honest and professional work ethic.

Common guest asks, and fullfillments, were locating a "perfect gift" for that special occasion, making dinner reservations, buying tickets for a local play, music concert, or sporting event, arranging transportation, ordering flowers for delivery, scheduling massage appointments, and other personal requests.

Connecting with local merchants enabled me to be the perfect hostess that future travelers expected!

I found my niche - The position of an "InnSitter" required wearing many "hats", and I have found the same to be true as a Concierge. I wanted to continue that personal, private offering of services for busy individuals back in my home town, and started Cowtown Concierge in 2005. When needing an extra pair of hands, they had have a reliable and responsible person to call.

One could define a Concierge as:  At someone's service, be helpful or useful, at one's disposal
