Hours of Operation
Monday - Friday
8:00 am - 6:00 pm                                                                                                                                             Saturday  - Available with advance planning                                                                                                       Sunday - A day of rest

Rates
Range from $45 - $65 per hour, based upon requests, then billed every 15 minute increments
Additional rates may apply on weekends, after hours, and Holidays
A 30 minute complimentary consultation is offered to discuss your lifestyle, areas of concern, and to establish a our relationship.

 Terms
A 24 hour notice for requests is preferred

Retainer
Recommended for clients needing 20 hours or more a month.
Any unused hours can be "rolled over”.
A retainer guarantees a daily, weekly or monthly priority schedule.                                                                           A 60 day re-evaluation is suggested to review how requests are being fulfilled,  as well as, any lifestyle changes that need to be addressed.

Payment
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal personal & corporate checks. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice, unless other arrangements have been made.

Invoices are sent via email through Quickbooks, and clients can pay online with a credit card.  A receipt will be sent.  If preferred, can mail check.

Retainer clients are billed the 1st of each month via Qucikbooks with invoice. 

Advances
If Cowtown Concierge is not responsible for "out-of-pocket" expenses. A credit card on file is on file to cover any and all client purchses. Reciepts will be provied for purchases/expenses.  

Cancellation of Services
A 24 hour notice to cancel our services is requested to be respectful of concierge schedule.  A $25 fee is assessed if cancel appointments same day, as to be respectful of other clients and Cowtown Concierge time.
